WORK IN PROGRESS

Here is another project for our client, a non-profit organization that buys and remodels homes for people with physical and/or mental disabilities to eventually reside in. This is a remodel of an entire house. By the time it's completed, the new residents will be able to enjoy a fully updated home, with all new windows and doors, kitchen cabinets, Granite counter tops, a built-in L-shaped desk with overhead storage, all new fixtures and flooring, and etc.

Pictures showing the kitchen, (above) in progress and additional counter and cabinets, (below). I'm not always a fan of cream colored cabinets, but I really like these in contrast with the Granite that was chosen.

Side Note: When remodeling your own home, deciding on different paint colors and coordinating design elements can be challenging and overwhelming at times. In many cases, the contractor can help you pick palettes that are pleasing to the eye, so that the finished product is beautifully designed with you in mind, even if you yourself are not a designer.

(below) This room has been taped off so the floor tile can be laid, and so it can set without someone disturbing it.

BATHROOM PROJECT BEFORE AND AFTER

AFTER: A sophisticated change using sleek lines and contemporary design elements.

Before: This bathroom was dated and in need of a change....
